Managing regular medication should be simple and convenient. Our Repeat Prescription Service helps ensure you receive your ongoing medication on time, reducing the risk of missed doses and unnecessary interruptions to your treatment.
Patients can request their repeat prescriptions through their GP practice, NHS App, online patient services, or by contacting their surgery directly. Once approved, prescriptions can be sent electronically to All Care Pharmacy for dispensing.
If your GP has enrolled you in a repeat dispensing programme, your prescriptions can be prepared and supplied at regular intervals without needing to request a new prescription each time.
The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) allows your GP to send prescriptions directly to All Care Pharmacy electronically. This helps make the prescription process quicker, more secure, and more convenient.
If you have run out of your regular medication unexpectedly, our pharmacists may be able to provide an emergency supply in certain circumstances, subject to a professional assessment and legal requirements.
When collecting your medication, please check that all prescribed items are included. If you have any questions about your medicines or receive items you no longer require, our pharmacy team will be happy to assist and provide guidance.
